Note on Imperfect (Seconds) Products

Items in this collection are 100% functional and safe for daily use. However, they feature minor cosmetic imperfections or variations resulting from the manual shaping, glazing, or firing process. To ensure complete transparency, please refer to the "Defect Case Code" specified in each product's description below:

1. Glaze & Color Imperfections

  • Case 1.1 - Color Variance: Slight difference in tone (darker or lighter) compared to the rest of the set.

  • Case 1.2 - Glaze Defect: Inconsistency in the glaze application or firing shade.

  • Case 1.3 - Glaze Drips: Excess hardened drips or runs of glaze/varnish along the sides.

  • Case 1.4 - Color Spots/Speckles: Fine black or earthy specks caused by natural furnace reactions during firing.

  • Case 1.5 - Uncovered Spots: A tiny patch where the exterior glaze did not cover the surface.

2. Surface & Texture Flaws

  • Case 2.1 - Minor Scratch: Slight surface mark on the outer layer that does not affect durability or structure.

  • Case 2.2 - Pinholes/Bubbles: Very fine surface pores caused by releasing trapped air during firing.

  • Case 2.3 - Rough Patch: A small area on the outer surface with an uneven texture.

3. Form & Shape Variations

  • Case 3.1 - Slight Deformation: Minor asymmetry or a subtle slant, barely noticeable.

  • Case 3.2 - Size Difference: Slight variance in height or diameter compared to standard dimensions.

  • Case 3.3 - Weight Variance: The piece is slightly heavier or lighter than usual.

  • Case 3.4 - Small Non-Leaking Hole: A tiny superficial hole that does not penetrate through or cause any leakage.

4. Structural & Firing Flaws

  • Case 4.1 - Hairline Firing Crack: A hairline surface crack caused by furnace expansion (does not penetrate through or cause leakage).

  • Case 4.2 - Wobbly Base: A minor unevenness at the bottom when placed on a flat surface.

Return & Exchange Policy (Imperfect / Seconds)

  • Final Sale on Stated Imperfections: Since items in this collection are sold at a discounted rate with their specific flaws explicitly described (via Case Numbers), stated defects are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Rejection Upon Delivery: The customer has the right to refuse delivery at the doorstep without providing any reason, provided they cover the full shipping fees.

  • Transit Damage (Breakage): If your item arrives broken or completely damaged due to shipping, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo as proof.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will cover all shipping costs to exchange it for the correct item.

تتميز قطع هذا الكولكشن بأنها عملية وسليمة للاستخدام اليومي بنسبة 100%، لكنها تحتوي على بعض الفروقات أو العيوب التصنيعية البسيطة التي تحدث أثناء العجن والتشكيل أو الحرق اليدوي. لتوضيح حالة القطعة بكل شفافية، يرجى مراجعة "رقم حالة العيب" الموضح في وصف كل منتج أدناه:

1. عيوب الطلاء واللون (Glaze & Color Imperfections)

  • الحالة 1.1 - تغير في اللون (Color Variance): تباين بسيط في درجة اللون (أغمق أو أفتح) مقارنة بباقي قطع الطقم.

  • الحالة 1.2 - عيب طلاء (Glaze Defect): اختلاف في توزيع الطلاء الخارجي أو درجة الحرق.

  • الحالة 1.3 - تسييل طلاء (Glaze Drips): بروز أو نزول قطرات زائدة متجمدة من الطلاء على جوانب القطعة.

  • الحالة 1.4 - بقع/نقط لونية (Color Spots/Speckles): ظهور نقط سوداء أو ترابية دقيقة ناتجة عن تفاعل المواد داخل الفرن.

  • الحالة 1.5 - نقص طلاء (Uncovered Spots): مساحة صغيرة جداً لم يصل إليها الطلاء الخارجي.

2. عيوب الملمس والسطح (Surface & Texture Flaws)

  • الحالة 2.1 - خدش سطحي (Minor Scratch): تجريح بسيط جداً في الطبقة الخارجية لا تؤثر على الخامة أو المتانة.

  • الحالة 2.2 - فقاعات هواء (Pinholes/Bubbles): ثقوب دقيقة للغاية على السطح ناتجة عن خروج الهواء أثناء الحرق.

  • الحالة 2.3 - ملمس خشن (Rough Patch): منطقة ذات ملمس غير مستوٍ تماماً على السطح الخارجي للقطعة.

3. عيوب الشكل والتصنيع (Form & Shape Variations)

  • الحالة 3.1 - اختلاف في الشكل (Slight Deformation): عدم تماثل دقيق بنسبة 100% أو وجود انحناء بسيط غير ملحوظ.

  • الحالة 3.2 - تفاوت في المقاس (Size Difference): اختلاف طفيف في الطول أو القطر عن المقاس القياسي.

  • الحالة 3.3 - اختلاف الوزن (Weight Variance): القطعة أثقل أو أخف قليلاً عن الوزن المعتاد.

  • الحالة 3.4 - ثقب صغير لا يؤدي لتسريب (Small Non-Leaking Hole): ثقب سطحي أو جانبي صغير جداً ناتج عن التشكيل، لا ينفذ للداخل ولا يؤدي لأي تسريب.

4. عيوب الحرق والهيكل (Structural & Firing Flaws)

  • الحالة 4.1 - شرخ حرق سطحي (Hairline Firing Crack): شرخ رفيع جداً بسُمك الشعرة على السطح الخارجي (غير ممتد للداخل ولا يسبب أي تسريب).

  • الحالة 4.2 - بروز/اعوجاج القاعدة (Wobbly Base): ميل خفيف في القاعدة عند وضعها على سطح مستوٍ.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع (Imperfect / Seconds)

  • عدم الاسترجاع بناءً على العيب المذكور: نظراً لأن قطع هذا القسم تُباع بسعر مخفّض وتتم توضيح حالتها بدقة (باستخدام رقم الحالة) قبل الشراء، فإن العيب الموضح في وصف المنتج لا يُعد سبباً مقبولاً للإرجاع أو التبديل.

  • رفض الاستلام عند التوصيل: يحق للعميل رفض استلام الشحنة عند وصول المندوب دون أبداء أي أسباب، بشرط سداد تكلفة الشحن كاملة للمندوب.

  • الأضرار الناتجة عن الشحن (التلف الكلي): في حال وصول القطعة مكسورة أو تالفة تماماً بسبب الشحن، يحق للعميل طلب التعويض أو الاستبدال خلال 24 إلى 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع تقديم فيديو أو صور توضح حالة الشحنة عند فتحها.

  • استلام منتج مختلف: إذا استلمت قطعة غير التي قمت بطلبها، سنتحمل تكلفة الشحن كاملة لإرسال المنتج الصحيح لك.
